ghd Chronos Flat Iron (1 inch plate) White

Everything about this straightener gives it a luxury feel including the packaging. Normally my hair takes about 20 minutes to straighten. I have thick wavy hair. With this straightener I got it down to about 10 minutes! I am super impressed.

I purchased this flat iron about a month ago and love it.

I purchased this with great excitement. When I first went to use it, it did not work. I was sent a defective straightener. I contacted customer support (877) 443-2643 ext. 6, says extension does not exist. Called again and dialed O to reach an operator, would always get a voicemail recording. No one ever answered this line. I left multiple voicemails, and no one ever contacted me back. I then submitted an online order return enquiry, which informed me I needed to send my straightener back and pay for shipping. Instructions said it needs to be certified and signature required. I spent $29.59 to ship back a defective item. Weeks went by and I never heard from anyone. One day I got a box on my porch with a new straightener that finally works. I can't believe I have to eat the cost of shipping something back that was the company’s fault. I should be credited back or at least receive something in return as on apology and for the inconvenience this caused me. The customer service and communication is horrible as there is none. Would NEVER purchase GHD products in the future which is really said because I like my straightener that now works.

I am not usually one to spend a lot of money on hair tools because my hair is naturally curly and I am worried about heat damaging my hair. This one is amazing! It is super light weight and heats up quickly. Another plus is it cools down quickly so that makes it great for traveling.

RUN THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE, MY NEW STRAIGHTENER WAS FAULTY I MAILED IT BACK. ITHEY HAVEN’T REFUNDED ME OR PROVIDED ME ANY DETAIL AND GHD IS TERRIBLE!
