ghd products are manufactured to the highest standards and tested rigorously. Complete the form to receive a returns form and postage label. Keep hold of proof of postage.
Important to note
- Enclose the returns form - no boxes or accessories
- Manufacturing faults receive a replacement product - ghd does not offer repairs
- Limited-edition items replaced on a like-for-like basis
- All replacement products include a UK 3-pin plug
